Grass Skiers Send It In Knee-Deep Weeds
Send It. Don’t Mow It.
We’re deep in the dog days of summer and some of us are getting desperate. This desperation takes shape in the form of short, rollerblade-like treads attached to ski boots, which are inevitably attached to pale legs sporting jorts.
It’s hard to imagine something like this ever catching on, and maybe it’s the humidity impacting our judgement, but these guys actually make grass skiing look fun.
According to Wikipedia, grass skiing was invented by Richard Martin in Germany in 1966. It was created initially as a training method for skiers before the winter season.
Just like “fetch,” it never really caught on. Until maybe now.
